ASBURY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH SET SAIL On
"HIGH SEAS EXPEDITION"
This summer's Vacation Bible School took place Monday, June 21st, through Friday, June 25th, from 5:30 - 8:30 PM each evening. The week-long "sailing adventure" culminated in a special program for family and friends during both Sunday, June 27th, worship services at 8:38 and 11 AM.
Children ages 3 through 5th grade set sail on a nautical-themed adventure in which they explored the mighty love of God. They learned powerful stories from the Bible, enjoyed games and recreation, created amazing crafts, and snacked on "goodies in the galley".
